Departmental Information
Service Desk
Cegedim Rx realise the importance of ensuring that customers are able to gain the maximum potential out of their PMR systems at all times. It is unfortunate that sometimes these systems can encounter problems or further training is required. Our team of experienced and dedicated service desk analysts are available from 8.30am till 6pm to respond to your software and hardware enquiries.
Sales & Marketing
As UK marketing leaders Cegedim Rx supply the leading PMR products to both group and independent pharmacies. We constantly strive to develop our products in line with market requirements and the pharmacy contract.
The marketing department work closely with our customers to asses how we can better serve the needs of pharmacy via our product offering.
Contract Support
With an integrated IT system and service offering it is a complex task to ensure that all the components are scheduled together. Our contract support department are there to manage the process, co-ordinating the various resources (hardware delivery, engineering, cabling team & trainers) and services in the most efficient manner. All communication is made direct with the customer to arrange installations and necessary key tasks that may be required by the pharmacy.
EPR and N3
N3 is the biggest NHS IT project which has ever taken place in pharmacy. Cegedim Rx has invested in a team of administrators to implement the various phases of the project across the full customer base within the guidelines and timescales set by Connecting for Health.
Professional Services/Data Department
With over 90,000 lines of data in the product files, it is a mammoth task to maintain the accuracy of drug and appliance information for our PMR systems. A dedicated team that includes pharmacists and pharmacy technicians constantly monitors and updates the system to ensure that Cegedim Rx customers always have access to the latest professional information.
IS
The IS team mission is to integrate the latest technologies into the business while ensuring that the availability of critical systems stays above 99.5%. Our customers include internal staff as well as the customers of the business, and we strive to ensure that everyone has the tools and systems available to do their jobs well, as well as exploring new technologies and assessing the benefits we can derive from them.
Development & QA
The Development and QA teams are responsible for the technical development and quality assurance of the Nexphase and Pharmacy Manager PMR systems. With over 70 highly experienced technical personnel including project managers, business analysts, software developers and software testers, the team ensures that both products remain at the forefront of NHS initiatives such as EPS and AMS. As well as guaranteeing timely delivery of market driven initiatives such as Message Dynamics.
Finance
At Cegedim RX we realise the importance of prompt and correct invoice details and our Finance Department are tasked with sending these to you five days after installation. Our Coversure certificates provide you with details of services paid for and a reminder of the Service Desk telephone number. Finance is also responsible for paying our suppliers within their payment terms. Consumables order can also be placed through this department.
