Because the business resource only extracts business data, and leaves the patient data, it allows your business to maximise its profit margin by correct use of the data.

Group Management ultimately is a tool that can help relieve pharmacists from business administration, allowing them to serve more patients. It does this by allowing the head offices of pharmacy chains to remotely manage their various branches. It then lets you deliver reports which have been generated by the currently held data, and allowing it to be viewed at individual branches, or at group level.

Many pharmacy chains have defined policies relating to specific drugs to dispense, endorse and order. Group Management allows you quicker application of changes to drug restrictions or supplier defaults. Therefore, this can now be set centrally and in addition, specific drugs suppliers can be set by you to automatically or manually send to the branches each night.
