Message Dynamics
Unique SMS and voice message, pharmacy reminder service.
CegedimRx has partnered with the leading supplier of automated voice and text messaging solutions in UK healthcare. This new service will be integrated into Pharmacy Manager and Nexphase, to allow the pharmacy to communicate with their patients via either voice message or SMS text. This service can be used to remind the consenting patients to collect available prescriptions and in turn will create patient loyalty at the pharmacy for repeat prescriptions.
Building Customer Relationships
Cegedim are the first to integrate this complete innovative software, and will enable the pharmacy to build a strong relationship with the patient so that they maintain repeat business. The service automatically reminds patients via voice or SMS reminders, when their prescriptions are ready to pick up. The service works in conjunction with the already successful Scriptserve or Repeat Rx, managing repeats software.
Ultimate Safety
The service ensures ultimate patient safety and confidentiality. The patient is provided with an activation code which enables only them to access their personal message. Meanwhile the pharmacy uses a dedicated phone line to retrieve responses to messages.

There will be no more wasted journeys or long waiting times for patients, as Message Dynamics tells patients when medication is ready for collection. Message Dynamics also eliminates the need for patients to remember when to order their refills by reminding them when repeat prescriptions are due for renewal. There is also the opportunity for a carer to be responsible for receiving the message on behalf of a patient who is not able use the service.

By reminding patients that a repeat is due, Message Dynamics reduces the risk that forgetful clients inadvertently miss some days of therapy because they did not order in time.
