Nexphase is rapidly becoming established as one of the most advanced PMR systems available on the market today, with extensive functionality which enables pharmacist to meet the requirements of the new contract today. Nexphase was one of the first PMR system's to achieve clinical authority to deploy the solution. Because it is EPS ready, it allows both patients and the pharmacist to benefit immediately from the electronic prescription service. This means admin is reduced across the pharmacy, there is an increased level of safety, there is better information for prescribers and dispensers and there is also more choice and convenience for patients.

Nexphase is the only PMR software system that offers an on screen prescription, EPS compatibility, eMAS, MUR, Pathfinder, repeat support, and Scriptserve (the repeat prescription collection management service). This means that you are automatically compliant with Connecting for Health, even though you no longer need to keep or produce manual paperwork. The system will also enable you to deliver many of the essential services in the new pharmacy contract, providing an opportunity to generate extra business.

Due to the flexibility of Nexphase, you can dispense, label, order and endorse, park and retrieve in any order you like. Fully configurable, the system will support the way you work and help you to develop efficiencies in your pharmacy.

It is the only EPS system to show a visual prescription, where you can view the front and back of the prescription on screen. Not only this, but it is also the only system with a patient centred medication record which provides pharmacists with patient compliance check at a glance. A patient's medication history also appears along side of the script. This makes it very easy for the pharmacist to identify and deal with compliance counselling and professional issues.

The Nexphase system is cleverly designed to minimise user training and features a clear, simple presentation. Options are just a click away, but never obscure important information on the screen. Along side the standard PMR functionality Nexphase also features a graphical view of patient compliance history, which shows clinical information such as warnings, counselling information and interactions. This supports rapid, but informed, decision making.

Nexphase allows you to implement Medicine Use Review Reports (MUR) which is the first advanced service within the new community pharmacy contract. You can automatically produce, print and save MURs which fully integrates with the patient's history and builds a comprehensive account of their interaction with your pharmacy.
